About Print Palette

A print studio for personal orders

Personalized print work for gifts, clubs, and small business runs, with clear checks before production.

Print Palette creates small-batch printed items that feel personal without making the ordering process complicated. We work with mugs, tote bags, notebooks, and gift bundles, as well as merchandise sets for teams and community groups.

Every order starts with a review of quantity, deadline, artwork, and the print method. You receive a digital proof before production, and finished items are prepared for collection or delivery after the final check.

Our story

How Print Palette began

From the beginning, the focus has been on manageable quantities, clear communication, and production that follows the approved file.

01

Started for small runs

Print Palette was founded by Lukas Gruber in 2021 to serve customers who need personalized items in smaller quantities. The studio works with a straightforward process that keeps each step visible and easy to review.

02

Built around proofing

Customers send an inquiry, share artwork or a name list, and confirm the quote after the item, print method, quantity, and variants are reviewed. A digital proof and a basic file preflight help catch layout issues before production begins.

03

Made for practical handover

Orders are produced in Schwechat and prepared for pickup or delivery once the final variant check is complete. The studio also offers status updates during production so the next step is always clear.

What we value

What matters in our studio

A focused service model for personalized gifts and merchandise runs, with checks that keep the order aligned from proof to pickup.

01

Clear steps

We keep the process simple: review the request, confirm the artwork, approve the proof, then produce the order. That structure works well for gift customers, small businesses, and clubs that need a clear path from idea to finished items.

02

Careful file review

Our file preflight covers basic layout checks before printing, helping avoid preventable issues with margins or file setup. It is a practical review, not a promise to verify spelling, names, dates, or legal wording beyond the agreed scope.

03

Small-batch planning

Small batches need realistic timing, so we quote by item, print method, quantity, and variants. Production usually takes five to ten business days, but stock and supplier availability can affect the schedule.

04

Practical handover

We handle collection and delivery in a way that suits the order and the agreed schedule. If you need a faster turnaround, it can only be confirmed after files, materials, quantities, and capacity are checked.
